Case study on how cors, Inc provided recruiting support for a global consulting group

Our client, a Global Consulting Group required immediate support for a series of technology professionals. 
The skillsets for the individuals were highly specialized and included required proficiencies in SAP,
PeopleSoft, Remedy, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, Epiphany, and marketing campaign operations in a
large Oracle setting.  The targeted companies with qualified professionals were narrowly defined.  The
client’s internal recruiting structure, while robust, could not provide deep enough penetration to source
an acceptable cross-section of qualified talent to meet position requirements.

cors, Inc was contracted by the client to provide recruiting support for this series of nationwide
opportunities.  All positions featured requirements for advanced technical skillsets.  In several cases, the
candidate pool was known to be extremely limited.  In addition, the filling of these positions was time
critical.  cors’ solution providers worked closely with the client’s Hiring Managers and recruiting staff to
expedite candidate sourcing, qualification and presentation.  Candidates who met the client’s stringent
requirements and who stated an interest in the client’s opportunity were immediately expedited to the
client’s Hiring Managers and moved through the hiring process.

Despite the requirements for highly specialized skillsets, cors was able to source qualified, interested
candidates who met the client’s requirements.  cors’ process-centric recruiting model provided
immediate access to properly qualified candidates for these time-critical assignments.  cors was able to
leverage extensive industry knowledge and best practices to provide client with an excellent cross section
of viable candidates.  As a result, the client was able to establish a robust candidate pool quickly and
select the best fit from a wide selection of talented professionals.  The client’s hiring managers met
staffing requirements in support of their program needs.
